Performance TeamsNEW for 2009! "Mini" Team, Age 6+Auditions were conducted at the conclusion of our Performance Team Camps during the summer. Our Coaches have decades of teaching experience and team up to train our dancers for competitions at local events. Last year's teams qualified to compete nationally at every competition they attended! Competitions start in February at a rate of one per month through May. For training and educational purposes, we have replaced Nationals with a Convention this year. No more missed family time in summer due to July or August Nationals unless you choose to attend one of the pre-qualified venues. Dance Teams offer a great opportunity to cross train in several styles of dance and enhance performance skills along the way. Entry fees and costume expenses are the responsibility of the dancers. If you missed the auditions, there's still time to join before the season gets underway (especially our new Mini Team!). Contact the studio to schedule an in-class audition. No new members will be accepted after Saturday, September 19, 2009. Orders placed before November 14 will arrive on-time for Christmas! Spirit Wear is available for all PCAD dancers (not just Performance Teams!).
