Classes in Pilates, Stretch with William Lu, "Butts and Guts", Cardio Salsa and Boogie Box Fitness are offered throughout the week. Also, private lessons in Pilates are available at PCAD's on site Pilates studio with Fitness Director Darin Dantice.
