Jonni Homsey

Hip Hop, Tap, Cardio Jazz

Jonni Homsey was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to the United States in 1995 where he started his dance education at age six. He went on to dance with Top 40 artist J-Me on tours including the Aaron Carter Tour and Clear Channel Concerts. At sixteen, Mr. Homsey directed two award winning junior dance companies (one ranked 10th in the world) and joined the professional hip hop dance troupe, Funkanometry San Diego. He also worked with the contemporary dance company Unity Dance Ensemble Two, artistically directed by Tessandra Chavez. Jonni was awarded the Bronze medal at Hip Hip International and has worked on projects with ABC Networks and Club Sea World and performed as an opening artist for Ashanti, Kelly Clarkson, Ja Rule, Xzibit and Nick Cannon. He is currently pursuing a degree in dance at Chapman University and continues to train in classical dance genres.
